All you need to do to sign up is register with your email address. You will receive an email with the link to Facebook group. Live streams and everything else is going to be there. If you can’t make it right at the scheduled time, don’t worry! You can watch everything for 1 week after it’s aired. So are you in?

We kick off with Handstands! In this session I will focus on some strategies leading towards freestanding handstand. I will also address some more difficult topics like other leg positions, press handstand and different entries to handstand. Lot of practical tips and drills so be prepared to get upside down.
Second day is going to be about Movement Flow! This system develops your strength and flexibility, coordination, spatial and body awareness, and lot more. We will cover some moves from Level 1 system, mostly floorwork and ground flow. In the end of a session we will connect these moves together into a smooth flow!
Last day will be focused on splits. I will guide you through 2 routines, first one for middle splits and second one for front splits. Each routine is about 20 minutes. I will discuss important details for developing not only better range but also for supporting your flexibility with strength. Because they should be in balance.
