Movement flow is a complex, quickly spreading and growing movement practice. What can you gain from this system? You will improve your flexibility and strength, you will learn how to coordinate your body in space, and mostly you will enjoy moving your body. At this unique retreat we will teach you the foundations of the system, we will do movements from Level 1 and also mix it up and spice it up with some Level 2 moves! You will always learn the moves separately in detail, but eventually we will make nice fluid flows from them!

In the system you can find floorwork, ground flow, handstands, soft acrobatics (cartwheels etc.), backbends and so on. There will be quite a lot of focus on handstands during the retreat.

In the morning there will be a yoga class (hatha) led by Kristýna Žemlová. In the evening you will learn more about your deep stabilizing system during workshops with Gabriela Havejová. There will be tips on how to breathe better, get rid of pain and eventually upgrade your movement/physical performance. The venue also has a sauna, so you can relax and chill after sessions!
