I declare, that as an administrator of your personal data, I meet all legal obligations required by effective legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

That means that I

 - will process your personal data only on the ground of valid legal cause, mainly entitled interest, contract execution, lawful obligation or granted permission,

- fulfil the informational obligation before the initiation of personal data processing according to the article 13 of GDPR,

Extent of personal data and processing purposes

I process personal data which you entrust me for the following purposes (for the fulfilment of those purposes):

- Providing a service, contract execution
Your personal data in the extent of e-mail and name are necessary for contract execution (especially to send you access to the online programs, to send you online courses, e-books etc.). For the purpose of contract (order) execution are your personal data processed for the time of the contract and for 3 years after that.

- Keeping the books
If you are a customer, I need your personal data (invoice data) to meet legal obligations for issuing and keeping records of tax documents.

- Direct marketing towards customers

If you are a customer, your personal data in the extent of e-mail and name will be processed also for the purpose of direct marketing towards customers on the ground of entitled interest of the administrator. Direct marketing towards customers consists of sending bussiness messages through all communication channels, including the possibility to send a bussiness message regarding similar products of the administrator through electronic mediums on the basis of lawful exception according to § 7 article 3 of the act number 480/2004 Sb. Legal reason of processing personal data for this purpose is the rightful interest of the administrator. The customer has a right to protest against this processing and it will be concluded. Personal data for the purpose of direct marketing towards customers are processed for an indefinite period, at the latest until the application of the objection against direct marketing.

- Direct marketing on request of the subject

Personal data in the extent of e-mail and name can be processed for the purpose of direct marketing if the subject grants a permission. Personal data are then put in the database for direct marketing. Direct marketing consists of sending newsletters with information about recent news, events, product and service offers and sending bussiness messages. Legal reason of processing personal data for this purpose is subjects permission. Subject can at any time call off this permission. Personal data for the purpose of direct marketing on request of the subject are processed for an indefinite period, at the latest until the permission call off from the subject.
